ONCM, Morocco’s national rail operator, runs regular trains between Casablanca and Marrakech, with a journey time of roughly 2.5 to 3 hours. This is a straightforward, independent option for travelers without much luggage or a tight schedule, and tickets can be bought at the station or online in advance.
By private transfer or tour
A private vehicle covers the same distance in a similar timeframe but adds flexibility: a stop at the Hassan II Mosque before leaving Casablanca, door-to-door pickup and drop-off, and the option to continue directly into a longer tour rather than arranging transport separately once you reach Marrakech.
